April 27th Update

April 27th update:

Students are urged to continue their schoolwork so that at the end of the semester we can Google Meet with your parents, Mrs. Bernstein and Mrs. Rosen to determine the best grading option for each subject.  Mrs. Jenna will be connecting with families to schedule a Google Meet time within the next two weeks. Your college courses will end in the first week of May.  Your high school courses will end on May 18th. There will not be any final exams for your high school courses this year. Knowledge is power!

We will also be sending out information for textbooks & Chromebook collections.  Students taking a summer course can contact Mrs. Rosen regarding your device.

Hang tight we are gathering more information and will communicate procedures as soon as we receive more guidance and clarity.

COVID 19 Grading Guidance (High School Courses Only!)

Students and Families -

In deciding whether to accept your numerical grade or PC19 passcode you must know your cumulative GPA (weighted).  Your weighted cumulative GPA can be found under your quick lookup schedule in PowerSchool.

If the GPA point value for the course is higher than your cumulative GPA taking the numerical grade will help your GPA.  If it is lower, it will bring your GPA down.
